Benihana Hibachi Steak
This is as close as you can get to Benihana’s Hibachi Steak recipe. While they cook their steak on a heated metal plate, you can cook your’s right on the grill.
This recipe serves 4.
- 4 small sirloin steaks (about 5 ounces each)
- 4 teaspoon soybean oil
- 8 large mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
1 Grill the steaks until rare.
2 Remove steaks from the grill and cut into bite-sized cubes.
3 Heat a skillet and add oil. Place the steak pieces and mushrooms into the hot skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
4 Toss and serve.
